Terms of use
These terms cover the xovris.ai website and its free checks. Accounts are not open yet: the terms for the product will be published here before they are, and you agree to them when you open one.
Who we are
This website is run by Xovris. Write to [email protected] with any question about these terms.
Xovris’s registered company details are added here when Companies House registers the company.
Our work and yours
The website, its text, design, code and the Xovris name belong to Xovris. Open-source parts keep their own licences, listed on the credits page. You may link to any page and share a check result about your own site. Open-source credits
Using the free checks
Check only websites and domains you own or are allowed to test. Do not use the checks to scan, flood or attack anyone’s systems, to get round the daily limit, or through automated tools beyond the documented request and its limits.
What a result means
A check reports what public DNS, the domain’s registry and Xovris’s probe saw at that moment. It is information, not a guarantee that a site is secure or available, and you decide what to do with it.
Reverse engineering and model extraction
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of Xovris that is not published under an open-source licence; probe, scrape or query Xovris in order to copy how it investigates or repairs; extract or reconstruct any model, prompt or method behind it, or train a model on its output; or use Xovris to build a competing service. Where the law gives you a right to do any of this that a contract may not override, these terms leave that right in place.
Availability and changes
The website and its checks are free and offered as they are. We work to keep them running, and we may change, pause or withdraw them. Any change to these terms is published on this page with its date.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits any liability the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing takes away your rights as a consumer.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where Xovris is registered, named here when Companies House registers the company. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live.
