An issue counts against your allowance only once Xovris has fixed it and a separate check has proven the fix. If an attempt fails its after-test, it is undone and the next approach starts, and that issue stays open – and free – until the after-test passes. A fix that does not hold at the follow-up check is taken off your count.

There is no overage. When this month’s fixes are used, alerts, diagnostics and verified restores carry on, and the reserve investigation still runs for a critical incident. A pack of 10 more fixes will cost US$49 when billing opens, bought by you and never renewed by itself.

No plan caps the integrations you connect, charges for each one or keeps any behind a higher tier. What is metered is stated here, beside it: 50 monitors on Free, 5,000 error events a month on Free, 50 monitors on Builder, 50,000 error events a month on Builder and 5 issues fixed and proven a month on Builder.

Tax and currency

Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and sales tax, which are added at checkout where your country requires them. Your workspace's billing currency is set when billing opens, and a price is never converted without the rate, its source and its date.
